The difference here is that Porter didn't initiate the contact. He was stood still and Kleyn ran into him. If he had been going forward into the contact it would have been a red.

Rubbish from the ref. Nowhere in the laws concerning that. He made the tackle and it was high. That's what counts.

The difference is that Neville/Adamson bottled it a bit. It's clearly a tackle and its clearly high.

If he is standing still then he isn't tackling. He isnt actually in the act of tackling at any point. If its not a tackle then its not a high tackle.
