1. Santa Catarina (BRA) - I don't know why but I like this, I'm not sure it will go far but I'll give it a vote for now
2. Rosario City (ARG) - interesting incorporation of the Argentine flag in the crest along with sun, miniature ships (I know far away ), etc.
3. Bolívar (ECU) - sorry almost Mayo, but you are boring in the scheme of things (are Irish flags just totally boring or what, now that I think about it...?)
4. Chuquisaca (BOL) - that's like blood covered barbed wire or something :pac:

1: Rosario - The colours look a bit dull in the picture but im sure it looks better irl

2: Bolívar - it two colours I don't hate. Nothing stands out but nothing wrong with it either

3: Santa Catarina - I usually like anything with birds on it, but its a tad Christmas wreath looking. Then also topped with a Smurf hat too. Not the best, but not the worst either.

4: Chuquisaco - It looks like a road sign, or a Halloween crime scene sheet

Huánuco rivals Bolivar for lack of effort. At least the colors are nicer and it's on the diagonal.

Makes me think of sandwiches.

1. Rocha (URU) - I don't love this but it is well balanced and clear
2. Ucayali (PER) - it's a tough round so this is doing well, looks like a native themed resort but with a weird shark
3. Paraguarí (PAR) - the crest is so small you can't see it, lower score for failing with fundamental proportions
4. Huánuco (PER) - boring and faded yellow (fine to paint a nursery, not great for a flag)

1: Paraguarí - I can't make out what the center piece is, I'll have to Google it. But from what I can see now, i like the look of the flag

2: Rocha- I like the silk flags even though the crest isn't too interesting

3: Huánuco - yeah bit boring but boring is better than the thing below

4: Ucayali - Another cult looking symbol here with the sun beam above the coloured pyramid. Like everyone needs to sail towards enlightenment. No thanks.

1: Paraguay - thats a nice flag. Nice colours & nice simple crest even naming its location without it looking silly

2: Caquetá - not too much going on but its got stripes (lovely green ones) & stars so..

3: Formosa - I'm not sure about this one. Its not serious enough. Bit like a mountain range campsite flag or something

4: Putumayo- I have it in the bottom but I don't hate it. Nice colours
