Those are some...special flags right there!

Magdalena (COL) - that chaotic star arrangement screams "we don't give a fúck" and I can respect that
Canelones (URU) - the big fat red slash makes me think that this flag has been censored or banned, and that creates intrigue
Puno (PER) - it's.....well, I don't know what it is, but it's not unpleasant. Brings to mind low-budget/primitive video-game graphics.
Chocó (COL) - no, no, no, I do not like that top-heavy stripe arrangement at all.

Brazil stands out there as something a bit different and eye-catching.

The others are all kind of obscure variations on a theme that you think you've seen somewhere, but the more you look at them, the less you can work out where.

Though I like the coloured flags and the tree (cherry?) in Misiones
