1. Durazno (URU) - love this flag, beautiful colour scheme and imagery, hope to see it go far!
2. Madre de Dios (PER) - admittedly boring, but I like green and the diagonal stripe and I'm not feeling the other two
3. Moquegua (PER) - emblem is so detailed and doesn't seem to fit amid the vibrant tricolour IMO
4. Flores (URU) - non primary colour scheme not to my taste

On the whole they seem to have some nice flags down there so far!

1. Mato Grosso do Sol (Bra) - I like the asymmetric nature and the simplicity without being boring
2. Yaracuy (VEN) - very colourful but with white and a smaller simpler crest than so I can like it
3. Galapágos (ECU) - a bit boring
4. Santiago (CHI) - tis grey...? Grey is not a flag colour for me (if there is a nice one later please don't remind me I said this)
