Not too far off! Here's the original it's based on, seen in Live and Let Die

Now you MUST collect the rest of the bond watches!
You need the full set! ;)

The Seikos or Casios maybe! A full collection would be waaay into 6 figures I'd imagine?

Easily I'd think, particularly given the price of early Rolex subs.
    But one can dream :D

Arrived today. Had to scale back from the JLC Reverso and Cartier Tank Solo. I don't know how to post a pic within the post.

It's hard to get the lume to do its stuff on the Speedy, partly because the hands are so thin, but when it works, it works.

For the craic I've been tweaking the regulation of my WW2 Doxa and this is the result since setting it on Saturday.

Spot on bosco. Now that's dial up, fully wound in the morning, it'll be interesting to see how it holds up while wearing.

Rejoice in the awareness of feeling stupid, for that’s how you end up learning new things. If you’re not aware you’re stupid, you probably are.

A uv torch is the right job for getting the lume popping

Not gonna lie, for a split second I thought I'd bought a Ball AeroGMT and forgot about it :pac:

The ball is more at peace now than it has been in 2yrs :D
The nerve blocks last week have worked a treat, so much so in fact that I have walked, drove, carried out a bit of light gardening and even sat upright for more than 20 minutes without needing to resort to opioids :D

I've even dialled back the neuropathic meds, it really has been a great week!
I'm in for weight loss surgery on Thursday tho, so might need the meds again then!

Wait, I don't mean weight loss!
    Circumcision!
I'm in for circumcision but sure I need to drop a few lbs anyway :P

    Good luck!
I might be in the market for an eco-fan belt.

Nothing worse than getting a new watch and you can’t wear it because you need to resize the rubber strap and can’t find your springbar tool... hopefully getting a loan during the week.. Breitling Chronomat 44 on a rubber strap with Deployant .. detailed pics to follow once I get the strap sorted. Here it is beside my Tudor GMT
It’s genuinely not as big as it looks in that photo dwarfing the Tudor

    Absolutely lovely pair Homer!

A Breitling Aerospace up for sale over on Reddit for $1130 shipped within US.
Its tempting, but I spent all my money on GME :pac:

I think I read recently someone here was looking tho?

That is very nice. Very good price too.

If it is the full set that is a steal.

I hadn't realised anybody here had one of those Tudor GMTs. I think they're pretty cool looking watches, with good innards to boot. The only thing I couldn't work out of the size of the hands, which look smaller/thinner than those of the other Tudor Black Bay models.

What do you think? Are they thinner or the same size?

It's the watch and a link and half only I think.
But it is the cheapest I think I've ever seen one, and for the Ti fans here could be an option.

Only seeing now that it is the earlier Repetition Minutes using the B65 movement.

    That's still a good price.

The later F75362 Chronometré Aerospace tends to go for the €1500 mark, as a full set, with the later B75 thermocompensated movement.

I’ve both and checked, they are the same but the optically the hands on the GMT looks thinner

Overdid it with watches lately, decided to clear my head after selling a few from the watchbox and take a bit of a break, so this is occupying my wrist for the next while.

Couldn't say no to the horween strap though.
