I was looking to move to 3-4-3 but you're right, it might not be worth the hit. I could do Podence to Zaha instead the following week for free with the extra funds. That sounds like a better move maybe.

Bellerin has been getting forward a lot but he has also looked very dodgy at times, the result being he has already picked up 3 yellows and should have been sent off tonight as well

Ya I watched him pretty close in that game, deffo potential there in terms of returns going forward but looks a ywlloe card magnet also, not really sold on arseanl either if im being honest.

Although the fbs were getting into great positions at times and do seem there biggest threat.

Think i'll just go better fixtures with chillwell and revaluate in a few weeks on WC

Yes, you should be able to do it. Just make another transfer to use it.

I'm just getting the make transfer option which is -4. On the other tab when I click Free Hit it doesn't let me confirm

When I try to do a transfer it says

Play free hit
Confirm transfers
Cancel transfers


You realise the free hit is only temporary for one week? Did you use it already? You only get one

He was unlucky not to get the assist tonight (correct decision) and was within 10mns of a clean sheet. Not much point I’d have thought

Yeah I know it's a one week thing, I have already used the FT and now the option to use Free Hit has disappeared!? Ah it doesn't really matter anyway I'll try use it next week

The other thing is that it will probably end up being a sideways move. Save the transfer for a big player like mane, kane etc

That Bamford to Aguero for a -4 has to be one of the worst transfers I ever made in fpl ever.
Aguero now injured so any suggestions for replacements?

I need to replace Aguero as well

Vardy and Werner are punty i feel given their hit and miss form.
Watkins has some decent fixtures and is probably due a good return
Bamford off the back of a hattrick - will he keep the form going, or is picking his chasing points
Jimenez is consistent but rarely gets more than one
Ings again is consistent and probably one of the better shouts


Play safe - Ings followed by Jimenez
Gamble - Vardy/Werner
Bamford/Watkins go go cheap and re-invest monies elsewhere

I'm assuming you already have Kane and DCL

Ings looks like a great pick value pens - scores big - assists.
He has a decent set of fixtures as well just had a gawk.

Thanks can't afford Kane have DCL.
Before last gw I was thinking about Werner but was unsure because it was Man U.
Vardy looks a be more trustworthy on pens etc

Watkins fixtures look gorgeous gw9 - 15 in particular - question who is on pens though

New to FPL and have been adverse to the idea of taking hits so far but always seem to be a couple of players off where I want to be. Have already used my transfer for GW7. Should I take a -4 hit to get Son in for Barnes or hold onto hope that he might kick on against Leeds with some good fixtures coming in the 5 games after that? Already have Kane and the rest of the midfield is Salah, Foden, Saint-maximin and Rodriguez.

I would say keep him, we are getting to the part in the league where defences settle and clean sheets should be more common.

Alison is back also which could help him with clean sheets.

Edit: just checked the fixtures.... There probably is better value in other players over the coming few weeks , I can see Liverpool beating man city and possibly keeping a clean sheet, but don't know if they can keep a cleanie against West ham/Leicester. (Antonio and vardy I suspect will get goals in those games)

I'm tempted to downgrade Robbo as it will help me upgrade Brewster and Burke but will give him one more game. If I sell him, it will be impossible to get him back without a wildcard which isn't ideal

I would put it in the 50/50 bracket, Liverpool could end up turning the corner now with Ali back

However right now, no other moves I could do I’d move on & upgrade elsewhere.

Davies is 2nd choice now, he will only play occasionally. I'd switch to Zouma(Chillwell would be better but I dont think you have the funds), Chelsea have nice run coming up and their defence looks decent now.

Sais might be dropped this week for Marcel so he's a slight risk too. I'd switch him to a Villa defender as they rotate nicely with SOU.

I’d be more inclined to go with Zaha over Hamez. Everton starting to slow down & some concerns on his fitness. Double Everton overkill for now.

Yeah I'm hoping City start getting CSs not having any luck in defence! I wonder have I missed peak DCL, I never used to rate him but he's improved so much this year.

Had Vardy took him out for Kane. I really like Vardy, got another winner against Arsenal. I wonder though will the Europa games affect Leicester they haven't the greatest squad.
