So a 78 year old in America can be president but at the same time a 78 year old in Ireland cant download an app or print a bank statement online. Which is it Joe?

    Excellent point.

There is complete hypocrisy in this as well. Who would you rather working on your car, a 78 year old man or a 40 year old man? Who would you rather carrying out your heart transplant operation, a 78 year old man or a 40 year old man? Who would you rather was head of safety in the nuclear factory, a 78 year old man or a 40 year old man?

I'd doubt any of these people virtue signalling for the aged live by their high ideals.

Highlights the issue of ageism and takes the piss out of older folk all in the one show. I don't think I can take much more Liveline.

You need a partner and children for that so you have enough help.
He isn’t married or has a partner as he is married to his farm and cows.

    The heart transplant...not fussed
Head of safety in nuclear factory...is Homer Simpson 40?...if so I will go with the 78 year old.
