After listening to Joe trying to mock what the HSE did (sent in somebody to provide extra instruction to the staff about how to reduce the risk of spreading the virus) I got thinking and it annoyed me.

Given that visitors were not allowed into the nursing home, the only way it could have got in was via a staff member. Who maybe didn't wash their hands enough or use PPE and that was the reason covid spread like a dose through the place.
