    People regularly video well known people in public, in fact, they video everyone & everything in public nowadays.
    Also, this was in a public park, do you think Leo should have some kind of a security cordon all around him?

    A crime was committed. It was caught on camera.
    It should be very straightforward to identify who these people are.

    So what progress has been made?

    If it looks as if it has been swept under the carpet then to whose benefit is that?
