lets look at another of their proposals clean air ,Electric cars

Make you want to throw up when you see these bleeding hearts Oh the environment we need to make the world a better place for everyone
Dropping their kids off at private schools in their electric cars

Child miners aged four living a hell on Earth so YOU can drive an electric car: Awful human cost in squalid Congo cobalt mine that Michael Gove didn’t consider in his ‘clean’ energy crusade

    https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-4764208/Child-miners-aged-four-living-hell-Earth.html

This doesn't go any way to proving the great reset or even explaining it for that matter.

You claimed the below is the conspiracy
The conspiracy, according to what I've read, is that COVID-19 is being used a cover for ushering in a techno tyranny and sustainability on steroids. I have heard people argue that countries are deliberately destroying their economies so that they can be rebuilt according to the vision WEF has for the world.

Is that the conspiracy? or do you have a personalised one? or do you have one at all?

Still waiting for answers to any of these questions.

You deliberately misread and min-understand articles so why should I engage with your attempts to swap subjects.

Thing is, I didn't defend child miners, I just pointed out you're going off on an unrelated tangent.

Because they are a little hard to stomach when you did down
So you would rather avoid them

The subject didnt change Im discussing the WEF

Your avoiding the subject of who attends these meetings and are making the proposals

The "Great Reset Conspiracy smoothie article" for those who haven't read it

    https://theintercept.com/2020/12/08/great-reset-conspiracy/
The Great Reset is merely the latest edition of this gilded tradition, barely distinguishable from earlier Davos Big Ideas, from “Shaping the Post-Crisis World” (2009) to “Rethink, Redesign, Rebuild” (2010) to “The Great Transformation” (2012) and, who can forget, “Creating a Shared Future in a Fractured World” (2018). If Davos wasn’t “seeking a better form of capitalism” to solve the spiraling crises Davos itself systematically deepened, it wouldn’t be Davos.

Yup, so luckily Ireland didn't go Communist in any of those previous economics forums, but will in this one apparently. Or whatever shade of tyranny or biblical prophecy is apparently going to happen.

  • Registered Users Posts: 17,799 ✭✭✭✭Dohnjoe

Someone is either into conspiracy theories, or has such an extreme world view that they latch onto them. This is definitely the latter judging by the anti-globalist rant.

You're referring to their editor making a decision to not push unverified stories?

But you know that right ;)

    Here's a counter to Klein's article:

    https://off-guardian.org/2020/12/11/naomi-klein-gatekeeper-extraordinaire/

If the WEF is just some meaningless talking shop producing unread reports then why do world leaders attend year after year? Why are we paying for this secret private meeting?

Feel free to provide a rebuttal.
Guess you dont think child exploitation is a serious subject

These are strawman arguments related to a personal world view you hold

I'm waiting for answers to the below, in relation to the economic forum next year:

What's really going on according to you?

It's yet another global economic forum, if not, then what is it exactly?

So far you are pouring personal scorn and bitterness on it and anything related to it, but you haven't suggested any concrete conspiracy. I suspect you are just going along with the whacky conspiracies (communism taking over, the "devil" taking over, etc, etc) because you have an extreme world view.

Is there some sort of grand conspiracy going on?

Or is this just an anti-globalist rant thread masquerading as a conspiracy thread?

    Brilliant.

Can you, finally, please explain this conspiracy?

Let's get into the details. Who is involved, what is the conspiracy and then we'll go from there.

Why do they attend? why not. It's an opportunity for countries, whether for business, economic, industry, environmental reasons, etc to come to agreements with other countries in other to mutually benefit. Just because some cynic labels it "meaningless" doesn't automatically make that a fact. If regional and international agreements, solutions, guidelines, etc come out of it, and are honored, and progress is being made, then those can be counted as successes. If not, then it's been a waste of time.

However, you are suggesting something else entirely, that some grand conspiracy is occurring. So please provide the details, who is involved and let's examine it.
