Many of the conspiracy theorists are claiming that the virus itself is artificial. Is this part of the conspiracy too?

Many conspiracy theorists are also claiming that the vaccine is going to be dangerous and/or contain ingredients that will do something... Is that part of the conspiracy too?

You are misrepresenting the argument as per usual.

When I and others bring this up, it's usually in response to a conspiracy theorist asking why their "expert" would lie and give an opinion opposite to the consensus view and opposite to the evidence.
The response to that is typically "well what's wrong with making money" or "well they're only making a little." Or even more typically, it's to ignore the point entirely.

The argument is not that they are wrong or lying because they make profit.
The argument is that they are wrong or lying because that's what the evidence and consensus shows. The fact they make a profit is only one possible reason for why they would be saying things that aren't true.
