Jeff Buckley - Hallelujah Vs Patti Smith - Gloria - Even aside from it being ridiculously overplayed, I don't like Buckley's Hallelujah at all. Patti's a legend.

You should try and locate the studio version for the next round! The original studio version, which was released as a single, pre-dates the Stop Making Sense one (above) by a few years .

Muse - Feeling Good Vs Saxon - Ride Like The Wind - Another of my nominations. Great rock-driven cover which manages to stay true to the original by Christopher Cross.
