I don't believe there agreement yet if its truly man made or natural.

Economic sanctions, and court lawsuits, my best guess. Unlikely be a war it would destroy China, US and most of Europe.

HIV is a retro virus. Just saying.

At this point the plausibility of the virus having some man made or human engineering can never be dismissed. It is also impossible to prove, grassy knoll stuff.

But, it is not impossible for example rats or bats who were habituating the biomedical research centre in Wuhan to have picked something up there and then passed it on to the wet market. Not impossible at all and this would or could explain how an experimental compound or solution morphed into a contagious virus.

So any sinister finger pointing at the fact that none of the CCP leaders have contracted the virus, or that Beijing and Shangai were never locked down etc etc… does not necessarily lead to the conclusion that the virus is man made and introduced as a bio weapon. Although it certainly is an exciting conspiracy.

Yes that site is filled with nonsense. Their homepage states that the US military knew of the Coronavirus for years.... Knowing of the existence of Coronaviruses isn't exactly damning. They seem more intent of misreading things now than anything.

Actually not out of the question. Future cryptocurrencies could be preprogramed by states and governments to initiate tax payments upon receipt. Government could opt to install such clauses on private income, not unlike VAT except it would take the form of some sort of withholding tax. Citizens would be retrospectively entitled to reclaim taxes paid via direct cryptocurrency payment by providing evidence of expenditure.

But agreed Bill Gates orientated conspiracies are spurious.

I think it is essentially power envy.

The ballooning of technocrats since the software revolution ( or evolution depending on where you measure where current software development resides on a timespan scale ) has led to many cranks and "also-rans" within the software race to despise pioneers such as Gates, Jobs or the WOZ.
