So on to the next problem I have appointment for little bird with the eye consultant tomorrow and it’s up the north side of cork . And not sure if I told ye I was born with absolutely no sense of direction and no ability to follow a map or a sat nav !! Lol
Like I get lost ALL the time 😂

I'm just back from Aldi and drove half the way home with the handbrake up,wtf,I'm convinced that I'm losing my mind because I have do much on it at the moment. Huge anxiety about something on Thursday and nothing prepared for my weekend jaunt.

Has gifted been "swept" away to the dog pound?Good enough for him..woof.

Okay here goes....

10lbs of placenta... :pac:

4 chicken fillets
2 large peppers
2 medium onions
2 large cloves of garlic
1 courgette
2 tins of coconut milk
2 apples
2 mini packets of raisins
Heaps of fresh ginger, about 2/3 of pack
2 heaped tablespoons of crunchy peanut butter
2 heaped tablespoon Thai green curry paste
1 heaped tablespoon of honey
1 heaped teaspoon of mild chilli powder
2 heaped teaspoon of cumin powder
2 heaped teaspoon of garam masala
1 heaped teaspoon smoked paprika
1 heaped teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 heaped teaspoon turmeric
Salt
Pepper.

There's a method obviously but we'd be here all day.. :pac:

Garnish with natural yoghurt, chopped coriander and crushed roasted salted peanuts
