    Couchside at home, feeling much, much better than yesterday evening. :)

    Got up early after taking to bed in a very low mood yesterday evening, did as much work as I felt was necessary at my desk, then off for a very big walk in the Phoenix Park, right across to the Furry Glen and into Chapelizod Village.

    Chilled out there for a while, took lots of snaps on my phone and then back home to get dinner ready.

    I feel that this self-isolation lark will involve a lot of ups and downs mood wise.

    Look after yourselves Wherers! :)
