    When are they getting cancelled ? Anyone knows ? managed to get one finally on an existing account and did not get any error....status says submitted !

    Nopes...i think their IT is ****e...dont get email of password tokens on time or mobile phone orders

    Ordered this morning. Got confirmation immediately. Said Submitted all days as status , just check now and it says cancelled.

    Think I am done trying. Have tried 5 different sims, 5 different emails all ended up as cancelled. Even got a friend to order under his name and address and that was cancelled also.

    Ordered this morning with a new email and new eir card. Got no confirmation email. Registered email/account after ordering and order showed on account and has just updated with Anpost tracking info so looks like itll be coming.

    Mine took 2 or 3 days. Can ya pick them.up in eir shops?

    Did you get the email confirmation for any order? It is just so hit and miss with them. Shockingly bad ecommerce system for such a large company.
