Mine done something weird like that too. It was out for delivery, then back to being processed. Then I got a text to tell me to collect it from the store.

I orded 2 of them last thursday, but orderd to store as i thought it would be quicker to get, still waiting

their store in monaghan was open, went in yesterday and they said nothing had arrived and he could see it in the system

Are these unlocked out of curiosity?

A family member ordered one Monday, money was taken out of the account then, no email or any sort of confirmation. Called VF and they are looking for a 'Token Number'' by text so they can access the order online. Trouble is the Token Number they provide is valid for 5 mins but they aren't receiving it for 30 mins or so. So not sure if the order is on the way or what the story is..

Is anyone having an issues claiming from Google?

I sent them the despatch note that Vodafone sent me and also a copy of the conformation email from Vodafone.

Is there anything else that I need to send into them?

I sent them on a screenshot of the email confirmation and they said more info would be needed.
I clicked ''Continue anyway'' and entered my bank details.

Got a text immediately from Google saying they will get back to me ASAP.
20 seconds after that message, I received a message saying the claim was validated and I'll receive my cash back withing the time frame as per T&Cs.

I sent a screenshot of the order email, picture of the delivery docket I recieved and a screenshot of the order tracking page.

I did all this when the phone arrived as it needs the IMEI number too

They confirmed it instantly when submitted.

Just call them and say vodafone has told that its not a despatch note but invoice. And they will not give anything else. Same thing happened for a frnd and they validated the claim.

they accepted for me

For anyone who ordered one, here's the best way to track it.
Wait 24 hours after the order is placed on Vodafone's website.

1. Go here: https://www.vodafone.ie/df/assistance/track/index.jsp
2. Paste in your Vodafone order number (starts with "o")
3. Copy your "Order Number" from this page. It will be a different numerical one, just to the left of "ATG Order".
4. Go here: http://www.fonua.com/orderstatus
5. Paste the FONUA order number from step 3.
