Sorry but if what Biden did was illegal where is the indictment? If it’s so obvious to you why the need to investigate if what he said is a confession of malfeasance?

This was known by the GOP, EU, IMF and State Department I don’t mind reminding you.

It's an inconvenient fact so don't expect to see it addressed.

Hasn’t been addressed in the last two to three weeks and going. Same with “no you can’t impeach a congressman or senator”

Like watching a soccer match and saying "Why doesn't that guy just pick up the ball and run into to the opposite goal?".

It’s like watching a team perform a penalty kick and the other team’s fans scream that it’s illegal and how the kicking teams club should be expelled from the sport

You gotta wonder how Hunter Biden did anything…

He’s the quintessential screw up that got anywhere solely on his last name and his father position in the American government.

And if it wasn't for those pesky American patriots voting for Trump they would have gotten away with it
It's only a temporary setback. They'll be neck deep back into it in no time.

If Hillary Clinton decides to run again look for a Clinton Foundation reboot and start taking in millions and millions of dollars from shady characters and countries once again.

You can ignorantly accuse me of "whataboutism," but what it really is involves identifying similar scenarios in order to see if it holds up when the shoe is on the other foot!

Oh don't give me the sob story, she should retire if she's unwell.

The impeachment has been ongoing for a few weeks and it will continue for a while too. During that time, things will happen, people will say things and there will be different stuff that people will be talking about. And the impeachment inquiry will continue.

is it an impeachment though? can the house republicans issue subpoenas?

Yes. They just need to gain a majority in the house. Their current senators can do it right now though as far as I can tell.

    What is TDS shills?

  • Registered Users Posts: 7,237 ✭✭✭mcmoustache

A shill is someone who posts online with an agenda, often for a financial reward. TDS is Trump derangement syndrome which is a collection of symptoms which present themselves as an obsession with Hillary Clinton, CNN and whoever Trump starts talking about - for now and for another 6 business days, it's the son of a primary candidate but expect it to alternate between him, Schiff, Pelosi or some brown congressperson.

More concerning, however, is the ability to switch constantly to whatever Trump says on the day. One day, "it's that didn't happen". The next, it's
"yeah that happened, so what". All without wondering why they believed that thing yesterday when Trump contradicted it today.

If untreated, it can lead to bombing campaigns, poor design choices and general retardation.

    Anyyyywayyy...

In impeachment news (see thread title), Pompeo's deputy, who resigned last week, testifies on Wednesday.

In other impeachment news, Sondland is saying that Trump told him to go through Rudy and that Rudy wanted written assuarances of a Biden probe. It would seem that the hotelier doesn't really want to have the Ukraine stuff pinned on him by Rudy.

Poor Rudy is also under investigation, likely related to his two Russian buddies who were arrested heading to Vienna. This isn't really impeachment related but if this is where the Jacob Whol-esque memes go, there's no harm in mentioning it.

And as of this moment, Fiona Hill is still testifying in close session. She's clocked 10 hours now.

Report out that National Enquirer destroyed evidence on the same day it learned it had been caught by journalists Catching and Killing stories that were negative to then-candidate Trump and regarding his illegal use of campaign funds as a hush money payoff to Stormy Daniels

Arguments about what should remain classified in Horowitz's report are delaying it's release again and now it's said it won't be out until the end of the month. Democrats doing their level best to see that impeachment remains the top story.

Anyway, here's part one of Hunter's sit down with GMA:

This is as if to pretend the Mueller report didn't go through the same procedures? Short memory?

Speaking of impeachment, the information from Hill yesterday was interesting.

I can't say that I was too surprised to hear that John Bolton would feature but for him to distance himself from whatever it is that Trump, Mulveney, Giuliani, Sondland and whoever else were up to.
I am not part of whatever drug deal Rudy* and Mulvaney are cooking up
*More witnesses put Sondland in the quote instead of Rudy.

Even he knew that this stank.

How many Republican presidents have the democrats tried to impeach?

  • Registered Users Posts: 10,423 ✭✭✭✭Outlaw Pete

Look at this crap, so eager to put blood on Trump's hands when Obama wasn't held to anywhere near the same standard, not a chance would Susan Rice have made such a sickening comment during his tenure.

What makes it all the more sickening is that this child is not dead and has clearly been drugged so that the western media can be manipulated.

"tried to impeach"... seven. Ulysses S. Grant, Herbert Hoover, Richard Nixon, Ronald Reagan, George HW Bush, George W Bush and Donald Trump.

What in the feck does this have to do with Impeachment? Maybe save your bi-daily 'sh!t on the libs' rant for your usual stoop in the Politics thread? Or keep trying to derail and whataboutery the whole thread, you do you!

Sickening comment to make and I rarely report comments but you will be for that.

Whether that kid is drugged, sick or half asleep is arguably but what isn't is that the kid is alive and Susan Rice is posting them up saying that they are dead and Trump is to blame.
