Ham, white cheddar, plum tomato, cucumber, iceberg lettuce, mustard, any bread as long as it's extremely fresh and non awkward (like soda bread).

My favourite toastie ... Ham , emmental cheese,mustard and pickle ... Butter on the outside of the bread ... Homemade coleslaw ( not too much mayo) on the side ...
