Ham, white cheddar, plum tomato, cucumber, iceberg lettuce, mustard, any bread as long as it's extremely fresh and non awkward (like soda bread).

Flash forward a few months if you will, Stephens day night, your choice of bread, mayonnaise, turkey breast, stuffing, ham cranberry sauce, plonk yourself down in front of match of the day and try not to let any of the stuffing fall out and down the side of the couch.

    Glazers Out!

As soon as you hold it it turns back to dough.

    Worst bread there is.

Toasted ham, cheese and onion. Bit of tomato and/or mustard if that’s how the day is going.

    Croque Monsieur

    (with the bechamel)

The softest freshest bread is necessary. Anything between those two rounds will do.

Bread today can be a bit meh. The bread is king!

I've had hundreds of crisps sandwiches made with Brennans white bread, and never had that problem.

Oh, another favourite. (I can have more than one.)

Fresh brennans white bread, butter, mayo, and very hot chipper chips, so the butter and mayo melts. Delicious. Must be chipper mayo too, but Heinz will do. Not hellmans.

I don't care if Brennans bread is poor quality. It's tasty as feck and I ain't running no Michelin star restaurant.

Grilled Kearns sausages on fresh brennans white bread with butter.

    Ketchup is optional.

    Christmas night.....
    Brennan's white sliced bread
Butter (none of your vegetable oil or vegan crap)
Cold cider baked ham (glazed in brown sugar and mustard)
    Dubliner red cheddar cheese
    Sliced in 2 diagonally

Accompanied by a nice cup of tea and cheese and onion crisps (King or Tayto).

Whatever you do, don't toast it... gives off a rotten smell.

    Clean out your toaster.

Sriracha is an odd thing to add, personally I would leave it out. Just my opinion :/

Bread, butter and jam. Why complicate a classic?

**** this sh1te of piling all this fancy bollox in a sandwich.

I want to eat the damn thing, not spend all my time trying to stop the filling falling all over the place.

Avocado in a sandwich is disgusting. They aren’t a particularly nice thing to eat at the best of times, and the nicest thing you can say about the taste is that it’s inoffensive. Also, huge amount of water used to grow them commercially, and they are then flown half way around the world just so you can be charged 9 quid for some of it spread on sourdough toast.

No, but I do remember "hot dogs" consisting of a sausage wrapped in a slice of bread with butter and ketchup.

Get a wrap. Half jam spread, half peanut butter spread. Chop up a banana add it in. Get some chocolate spread stuff. Layer up.
