Pasta pesto and garlic bread sounds yum Mam - I wasn't really hungry and while Mr P went for homemade chips, double egg and beans - I decided to have a small pan Haggerty which was tasty - two lazy, easy meals to cook for me.

Feels really autumnal all of a sudden with the darker evening - log fire is burning high and we are all cuddled up.

It's just fried potatoes, onion, garlic and green veg with ham and cheese made to go all melty and crispy on the pan. Lots of black pepper.

It was just spuds, onions and rashers in a pan for us with a wee bit of chicken stock, then cheese on top and a grill for crispimess

In mile high city; Denver Colorado, I swear I have altitude sickness. It's beautiful round here though, the mountains and landscapes are fab. Next up Utah.

It's the best!!! I go all out for Halloween, the only holiday I do it for, ha ha there was even that one year when I decorated the car too... everyone was morto for me, but I swear I didn't care :pac: there were cobwebs and giant spiders hanging off the interior of the roof and little pumpkins on the dash

I love that as a holiday Halloween is all about the fun, the food, dressing up, and not about presents or crassness. I always loved the style and idea behind Dia de los Muertos - and saw a lot of that as a kid in California, as well as the old pagan/Christian side in Ireland.
