Ignore my ignorance. Division 1 to pro a massive leap? Why don’t more really make the leap?
To provinces. because its a very small pool here but plenty have moved on to england and france even if just 2nd division level.

Much more excited about this game tonight than I was for Ireland vs Georgia (although I was keen to see how Billy went.)

Would love to see McCann get a full half off the bench. Excited to see Sexton as well, although he's already the second twenty-year-old winger to get a first senior cap this autumn.

Curious to see this Roberts lad as well.

Also the same, can’t really get excited for Ireland recently.

Think Edinburgh will make this a real arm wrestle tonight. If we can get some form of parity up front think we’ll come good though.

Hoping McCann and Sexton get some good game time.

Very curious on Roberts also, just have a feeling he’ll come on the 75th minute when games lost.

Think I’m more keen to see them three than the result.

Sums it up for me as well. Was happy to see Billy play well, and thought McCloskey did pretty well considering his 10 was deeper than him at times in the second half...but it was a total non event. But then international rugby usually is these days. My favourite Ireland matches are the ones I go to and get a day out in Dublin and go to lots of pubs. None of that is an option at the moment!

Schoeman reminding Madigan to tackle low!

    Great start and handling there.

Ulster look a well coached side. That was excellent

    Sexton on for lyttle

That was just horrendous play, everyone panicking and fumbling the basics. Feel for Rob Lyttle, he's had an unlucky time with injuries.

Coetzee is just a monster on the turnover

28 minutes - third costly mistake from Murphy. While Carter has actually improved, Jordi is still playing poorly.

Looks like his body has given up on him, he’s moving around like a 40 year old. Has probably had an effect on his confidence.

Great hands and offloading there until the ball got to... J. Murphy

Always worrying about 2nd half syndrome with Ulster, plus Mata to come on.

Every Ulster game on Eir Sport, at half time they show a Leinster love fest... seriously lads?!

    Edinburgh deserved that

Settle. Everything's getting a bit panicked.

Another very decent reffing performance so far.

Rare as hen's teeth to see the try and the yellow still given.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,786 ✭✭✭Utah_Saint

    Great for Jordi

He followed through on his last warning even after the try
