Why didn't rte have Sean cavanagh on analysis as a bit of balance to Spillane? (Balance as one being from Kerry and the other Tyrone)

The guy who created the term puke football taking back the term looking back. People on here take note.

I just feel we can beat Dublin in the final. At least I can understand why neutrals will be supporting Kerry today. Rather than last year when neutrals just supported every team playing Tyrone out of spite.

That's not true. Personally I don't want a repeat of last years final.
Dublin and Tyrone played too many times last year.

Small crowd in Croker. But whoever gets to the final will be demanding 50,000 tickets.

At least Dublin and Mayo supporters follow their teams outside of finals.

There's no spite in it on my part anyway.

Why limit it to non-Ulster? Donegal and Monaghan have been 3rd and 4th during that 10 year period when we beat them.

It's not our fault Kerry are back to one of the top teams now.

Because a feature of Tyrone's championship runs in recent years has been beating Ulster opposition and then struggling against Dublin, Mayo, Kerry in the latter stages. Tyrone's wins against Donegal were in 16, 17, 18 and I don't think Donegal were considered 3rd or 4th in the country in any of those years (and none of the wins were in Croke Park).

How many were at the Leinster semi?

From memory the crowd was very small.

It's a semi final, loser goes home. It's the biggest game of these sides seasons

So I'm saying the neutrals at least have a valid reason to be wanting our opponents to win.

Last year they just rooted against us out of spite.

Clifford has gotten alot of injuries for a young fella. Would be a worry for the future.

He's playing at a very high level though. Couldn't he have played for the U20 this year too.

Tyrone knocked out Donegal last year in Donegal's own ground. So no it wasn't Croke Park. By the power rankings I think they were 4th maybe with Monaghan second. Who would've been above them last year?

I don't understand how this is relevant to my reply to OP or to my question.

Edit..only 42,027 at the Semi Final.

Edit 2...my mistake....that was the Leinster Final.

By looks of it the Leinster semi final crowd was almost twice as big and from the clip just shown there were more at the Dubliin/Tyrone league game in March.

Probably not much more there now that at Omagh last week.

Yes but that's the level and there's no getting away from it. He's had 3 injuries this year alone from memory. Hopefully it's just a bad year but injuries have a habit of rolling forward.
