    Despite my obvious Dublin bias, I genuinely would love to see Clare in the Super 8s.

    It’s almost like the mid 90’s again, a very good young Meath team, young and dynamic, super back line especially but out the field as cynical and dirty as it gets. Like the 90’s though the referees and officials if they do recognize the infringement they are unable or unwilling to administer the appropriate sanction. They could and probably should be down to 14 for the strike to the head nowhere near the ball, as I type Clare player black carded.
