    I don't understand, if it's a ruck then you can't pick the ball unless you step over it and you can't tackle the scrum half if he is in the motion of passing. I don't understand how it is possible to legally rip the ball from the scrum half.

    Not sure what Sexton's done wrong here tbh. Problems are with the pack and 9 having a meltdown.
