Watched Final Battle which was my first time watching Ring Of Honor which I thought was excellent by the way and saw Joe Hendry for the first time.

Thought he was really excellent and would love to see him in AEW.

I do wish they ended that Hangman Vs Danielson match 30 seconds later with Hangman winning. It still would have told a good story with Hangman going that long, and you could still run it back later if needed as Danielson can use the excuse that he was wrestling for weeks and Hangman wasn't. As of now, it's kind of where do you go and when. Whatever match is next between them is likely shorter so would seem a bit unsatisfying after that.

Feel like Hangman will work it into a promo, something like; Bryan Danielson couldn't beat Kenny Omega in a 30 minute exhibition match. He threw everything he had at me plus the kitchen sink for 60 minutes, and he couldn't beat me when it mattered the most.

Or they'll put a pin in Hangman/Danielson II for a later date when he's worked his way back to the top of the pile, and Hangman moves onto either Scorpio Sky, Jungle Boy, Miro - as those 3 are next in line going by the rankings after Danielson & Omega (who obviously is out for the time being).

Jungle Boy wouldn't make much sense, and I think Scorpio Sky is the next TNT champion but I can see Miro. Rankings reset 1st January too so wouldn't be shocked to see Punk move into it if he beats MJF. Someone like Andrade also will work as a step along feud that would be a great match too.

On another note I particulary loved the Malakai Black segment and him spitting his black mist into his new recruit which looks to be Brody King. Finally the house of Black is starting.

The symbolism of the Black Mist and spitting into his recruits, really love that part.

Really enjoyed the show. But..can see why some are annoyed. I'm conflicted on it personally.

As a concept I can get behind two lads fighting until neither is capable of beating the other and it was a great match but just felt like it was too soon to do the draw again. The loss on 60 mins wouldn't have hurt Bryan at all really.

Shida v Deeb was excellent, and Dante v MJF was good. It annoyed me, just a little bit, that all during the show they kept hyping the huge match for next week but then it only got set up by the final segment which was a reaction to the beat down by FTR and MJF. What was the reason for the match if that beat down didn't happen? Felt like WWE logic.

I see the match we've all not been waiting for is happening in 2 weeks on Dark: Joey Vs Sonny.

One thing on that MJF and Dante match. I know Dante is impressive as hell athletically but he had several botches in that match and his punches on the turnbuckle were farcically bad (it was Dark Order creeper bad).

He needs to go away and improve, because as it is he's not ready for the push he's getting tbh. Its fine on lower TV matches and Elevation but not a singles main event match.

Danielson is so amazing that it's hard to root against him when all he is really doing is speaking the truth and backing it up. I did wonder if this match would have worked better as face vs face with Danielson turning during or after the match.

At the same time I think Hangman has been badly under-utilised since he returned in the Casino Ladder match. Any newer viewers must wonder why this guy is such a big deal?

Nice element alright, and think we'll see Julia Hart be there as a sidekick too, particularly with her not being present for the Varsity Blondes segment. Could see her coming out all goth'd up during the match at Rampage and distracting Griff, before Black demolishes him.

Didn't think rope breaks were a thing in a submission match if can only win by submission. Was messy but think the problem with submission matches in general is that they have to keep applying holds that can be gotten out of to prolong the match. Penelope had a few holds that she changed as they would've been too effective, with Taz even commenting that she should've stuck with the previous hold.

Trent is looking very like Matt Cardona.

Wonder if they'll have a big TNT title match on Dynamite on the 29th since it's the last Dynamite on TNT. Surprised they didn't save Cody for that one.

Sammy's ex who he tagged in the statement on Instagram also changed her bio to some Brazilian flags which will add fuel to the fire.

Tay has deleted her twitter too. It's a pretty ugly situation all around, it should be a private thing but I guess proposing on national television made things more public than they should be. That being said the people who would harass someone on the internet will take any excuse to do so.
