That's the question which should be answered tomorrow. Legal advice earlier this evening found some flaws in the order.

Well flaw in technicality of the order aside, it doesnt negate the fact that they didnt make a single payment since drawing the mortgage 14 years ago so fully intended on not paying

Another poster who has no proof that there was a court order. So you think that the farmer's family are illegally squatting in their own home tonight then?

Ah great, fake news on the PizzaGate level.

There was a court order. The only one disputing this is some internet trolls and muppets. No serious commentator has stated that there was no court order and it was all done illegally.

In other words, you are talking $hite.

Was the judge not wearing his hat when he signed it?

    Yawn.

People are talking $hite. Going on about the UDA, there was no court order, the guys involved are 'respected' members of the local community....

Meanwhile as the facts are coming out, the people supporting these parasites are looking like utter plebs.

Is it true that they made no payments in 14 years????

So when the law of the land was not followed by an alleged court order in which no written news outlet has stated that such a court order even exists, then the defenders of the banksters in this thread treat criticism of the banksters and their hired violent goonsters as "fake news!"

Yes, from a reliable source. Not a single payment made since it was drawn.

If that's true, anybody remotely defending the farmers need to really look at themselves.

If it was the Sherriff who has hired these loyalist scum for these evictions then he should be sacked in the morning.

There are bigger and better farms than this that have led to evictions that people would have been more sympathetic towards whose owners have engaged with the banks to resolve the situation that has not led to this powder keg situation.

Its obvious that these people should be evicted but to go at it a week before Christmas with Loyalist thugs was an incitement by an incompetent idiot who already has blood on his hands that could turn worse over the next while.

Scrolling through Twitter it seems not only is young Ben of the clan Gilroy up to his neck in it but so is the king of the eejits, big Jim "tinfoil hat" Corr.

Whatever chance this had of becoming a proper movement to address the grievances we have at the 2 speed recovery it's dead in the water now

Unfortunately, this incident seems to have brought out lots of idiots.
We really are a pitiful childish nation when it comes to being responsible with money.

Or any mention of anything 'British'.....
..... all the same boys packed out the pubs to watch Liverpool v Man Utd and cheer on 'their' team on Sunday.

Still waiting on Mark's answer. Btw it was your neighbours up north on twitter who named and shamed Ian Kyle Paisley Graham.

Who wants to tell the Belgian taxpayer they aren't getting their money back because Irish people who voluntarily borrowed money from KBC reckon its fair game not to pay it back because of perceived issues with their lending practices?

    Was KBC bailed out.

Odd though that the free market applies to borrowers (don’t pay or we’ll take it away) and not to lenders (oh. You lent 2 million euro to bozo the clown. That’s not your fault. Here’s a tax payer bailout).

Even odder that tax payers get angry with the little guy and not the big guy.

The court order that doesn't exist..... clutching at straws. I suppose any port in a storm.

Yes, people are stupid enough to believe anything.

Yes. Its all crap spouted on Social media. What is the actual Link here?

The owner of the company bought a cat from an ex UDA man or something really tenuous like that?

    Show me facts!

    No that's probably not true.

A likely circumstance is a man engaged in business unfortunately not in full understanding of how the tax system works at first. Instead of putting vat contribution of invoice away, it goes into cash flow.
    Stupid, yes.
    Criminal, no.
    Illegal, yes.

    Sad situation for all involved.
