    Sat down to watch the rugby and discovered that i have a problem with BEIN channel 13, i have the rest of the older sports channels but just not that.

    Had to resort to chromecast :)

    Home for the match, after a great morning with many of the family. Some of the 'children' and older grandkids are coming over to watch the game here before we go for a few drinks tonight.

    Home in the living room with the mutts editing some photos for FB and Instagram, I'm a mentor on a couch to 5k running group.

    Its very satisfying [mentoring] but sitting here looking at the groups smiling faces as they finish a run distance only a few weeks ago non thought they could ever do is amazing.

    Heading for a little power nap now, then walk Richo this evening.
