    The family will be very delighted as they are heading to Dublin Airport after the beef dinner and into the sun! I'm staying at home to work......and play a bit.:D

    I have never managed to cook edible beef apart from stew or stir fry, I've given up even trying at this stage, even steaks are great, would love to manage to get them like in a restaurant.

    Good Sunday fry up

    Like many old wans I graze; could not eat a big meal .. when the cold weather eases back to toast for breakfast... I have a Dunne's ready meal salmon for Sunday dinner.. They do them so well...

    Half time in the rugby yesterday warranted a dash to get supplies to make it more bearable to watch.

    Red wine, Camembert , crusty rolls- serious damage to the diet , was smashing though !!!

    The grill is packed with rashers and a big pot of scrambled eggs is just done. The other holiday gang have arrived. Feed them up and set them on their way to the airport.

    Roasted butternut squash and celeriac covered with garlic powder, onion powder and paprika,
    With baked beans, carrots and broccoli.

    Had a lot of high calorific foods over the last two days so trying to do a bit of damage control today.

    Will have curly wurly later.
