Had sausage and beans early on then made easy chicken soup, ie nothing chopped up but blitzed when cooked. Half a chicken back/breast carcase, onion, large carrot, broth mix ,,, simmered for hours then a few small additions.. blitzed and enjoyed and abundant for next time.

    Have never made chicken soup.
    You blended the chicken?!

I knew someone would notice that! Some of it yes but fished the bigger pieces out. There was not much meat and the cats are having most. It was for the stock. It was their raw food for tomorrow anyways. ;) It blitzes well

Chicken soup is the easiest and tastiest.

No kitchen for past 2 weeks as major renovation going on (long overdue) novelty of takeaways has worn off. Tonight's meal cooked on a camping stove atop a stack of pallets in the sitting room, spag bol. Should be sorted to cook agsin by Monday. New kitchen shaping up nicely!
