    Dark mint chocolate rice cake and coffee. I had porridge with berries earlier, but never fills me for long :(

    No black pepper but it needed something alright. Could have done with a runny poached egg maybe or bacon.

    Ground black pepper I find is the best but any kind will do, mmm bacon.

    Porridge with sweetener

    Making dinner now to be reheated later:
    Stir fry carrots , broccoli, onion , garlic, sugar snap peas, baby corn, onion, passasta, tinned tomatoes, soya sauce, mixed herbs, onion powder, paparkia....... smells lovely
    With cauliflower rice or butternut squash noodles.....will decide this later
