The game was a lot tighter than it looks, stats were very even at half and full-time. Some wayward finishing was to be Madrid's downfall and Inaki Williams was in ruthless form, with 2 goals and two assists. Great game nslattery!

Man United 3-0 Monaco (TheOriginalJipo)

United opened scoring after a Sanchez shot rebounded off the post and onto the keepers back which hit the back of the net :pac: further goals from Lukaku and Pogba sealed the win for United.

Barcelona (niallym) 0-0 Celtic (DavidJKennedy)

An enjoyable match for a nil all scoreline. Celtic had the more possession. A few chances for either side, more to Celtic, who played a more positive game. Barca probably had the 5-1 drubbing at Celtic Park at the back of their minds.

Beastermc 2.0

Athletic Bilbao 3-2 Celtic

A swashbuckling back and forth contest that was decided late on by a suspect finish! Sinclair opened the scoring early on with a tap as a result of an unfortunate parry from the Bilbao keeper. De Marcos however leveled the score before half time with a fine left foot finish. Early in the 2nd Inigo Martinez rose highest to nod home from a Benat corner, Bilbao's first goal from a corner in a decade I'm reliably informed!

Celtic were a constant danger tho and were duly rewarded for their efforts in the 65th min through a fine Griffith's strike. 2-2 in the match shag all in it with both teams doing their utmost to make it on to the boards.ie end of season blooper reel!

As the match drew to a close Celtic pushed for the winner but were caught on the break by the pace of Inaki Williams, who just about got away with a dodgy finish through the keepers hands to snatch it in the 87th min.

(Kingosh) AC Milan 2-2 Man Utd (itshoggie)

Game of two half’s this one! I had a decent enough chance to score after two mins but missed and then hoggie scored soon after that. He got a second before too long and was 2-0 at the break.

Thankfully I picked up in second half after going more attacking and had a few chances but wasn’t putting them away. Was having more of the play this half though. Did end up getting a goal with about 15 mins left and then got the equaliser on about 85 mins. Both of us had chances to win it towards the end. Wasn’t helped by the rain with a few players slipping around the place but a good game. Needed the win but happy enough with a draw, after going 2-0 down it wasn’t looking great!

Beastermc 2.0

Athletic Bilbao 3-3 Juventus

A cracking game from start to finish! Juve's lack of pace at CB was exposed by Williams early on after he finished well from a nice turn and run on the half way line. The match was soon level however as Juve came roaring back to score what is quite possibly the best goal Bilbao have conceded all campaign! Great passing move involving Ronaldo and Mandzukic was finished expertly by Dybala for 1-1.

Balenziaga dispossessed a Juve defender high up the pitch and was straight through for a rare goals for a 2-1 Bilbao lead, but it wasn't to last long! Some more passing brilliance, including a backheel assist from big Mandzukic, resulted in it being 2-2 with barely 30mins played. The first half goals didn't stop there however as a mistake by Szechney allowed Williams to set up Munian for a tap in and a 3-2 lead at the break.

There were to be no more goals until the 86th min when that big Man bundled home from a Ronaldo low cross. Heartbreak for Bilbao being so close to end but could have been worse! Great game pal!

PSG 2 - 6 Chelsea

Chelsea were out of sight within a half hour going 3-0 up with some well taken goals. PSG got one back to make it 3-1 to give them a glimmer of hope but that was soon extinguished when Chelsea struck again to make it 4-1. The last 20 minutes or so were great fun, could have finished up 6-10 with all the chances for both sides but in the end it was Chelsea who were by the far the more clinical finishers and strolled to a well deserved win.

Southampton (Bijilf) 3 - 4 Lazio (Meath77)

Cracking game. End to end football. Charlie Austin scored a nice goal for Southampton in the first half and also hit the underside of the crossbar with another effort. Immobile scored a brilliant long-range strike to make it 2-2 in the second half. Southampton were 3-2 up going into the last ten minutes but a brilliant comeback from Lazio turned things around. Not sure of the other scorers for Lazio. Danny Ings scored two for Southampton but then missed a gilt-edged opportunity to level things up with the last kick of the game. Brilliant match.

Monaco 1 - 2 napoli

Napoli dominated throughout really, mertens causing all sorts of trouble, napoli went 1 up into ht, Monaco then went down to 10 through a cynical foul in the 2nd half.
It was soon 2-0, Monaco had a little push in the last 15 minutes and managed to pull 1 back.

Arsenal 5 barcelona 2

Arsenal off to a flyer 3 up in 10 mins Barca pulled 1 back only to be hit on the break for 4-1. Second half Barca got a second and arsenal scored with the last kick. Good game niall

West Ham 2 - 3 Southampton

Southampton dominated early with an austin goal at 23minutes. West ham came back with the equaliser just before half time.

Second half, west ham took the lead, the manager when to a slight blueish defensive to try and control the game.
G'luck to that says Southampton with a swift reply from Austin.
Second yellow from diop seen him off.
West Ham still went knocking and missed a sitter.
With 2 minutes to go, Southampton landed the suckerpunch at made it 3-2.

Story of the West Ham manager, 70% of goals conceded must be withon the last 15-20mins to go. Lessons to be learnt.

Southampton deserved winners.

Good game. Two goals from higuain, one in each half settled it. Chances for both sides, though was happy enough with my defending.

A game where the home side should be ashamed of themselves, one shot on target in 90 minutes said the story of how they played. The scoreline flattered Napoli to the extent that the away team should have had six or seven. Firmino (29), Keita (51) and Firmino again (72) with the goals.

Another home game and another home defeat and another game where Napoli were outplayed and outclassed. Two questions that will baffle historians for years to come: how the hell did Napoli score and how the hell did Roma not score more?

Mertens opened the scoring in the 29th minute but relentless pressure from Roma caused an almighty capitulation as Dzeko (75) and Shaarawy (86) got the goals that gave Roma a deserved three points

A game not helped by Madrids E form, Liverpool raced into a 1 nil lead 2 minutes in with Salah scoring an overhead kick from a few yards. Bale quickly equalised but Liverpool would score 2 more before the break, 1 an own goal from Madrid with a pass into their own net......

The second half the floodgates opened with sturridge grabbing 2 lovely goals after being introduced as a sub and the game would eventually finish 8-2

(Kingosh) AC Milan 1-3 Lazio (meath77)

Not my best game here. Immobile grabbed a hattrick. Passed it in defence when I should have cleared it and gave to it to lazio. Thought I had the square pass covered but immobile got on the end to take the lead. Was 1-0 at half time.

Lazio keeper made some decent point blank saves but finally got the equaliser in second half. Not to be my day though as immobile got two more goals. Bit of a weird game as I had most of the play and chances, though not so much towards later in second half and immobile was in the mood!

West Ham - Hernandez, Wilshere

Liverpool continued their goalscoring form tonight with another 8 goal rout.

Firmino and Milner started the scoring with Hernandez pulling 1 back not long after. The next goal was route 1 at its finest with Van Dijk launching a long free kick on to the run of Mane who hit a first time volley into the corner (watch the highlights)

The half would end 6-1 and Liverpool would then go on to score 2 more with Wilshere grabbing a nice consolation for West ham.

Great game this it was very evenly matched. Roma having a lot of possession but couldn't break down the Lazio defence. Lazio scoring two lovely well worked goals aswell. Draw was a fair result good game man
