He turned 1 million into 7 billion. Thats like turning 1 euro into 7k. He's no buffoon, sorry haters.

There’s a story that if Trump had simply invested his inheritance into conventional investments, he’d be richer than he is now. He’s lost several fortunes. Hell, he even managed to bankrupt a casino (Though you’d have wonder about that).

One thing I’ll never understand about some parts of the US is how they equate making money with being smart. It’s a grossly expanded form of their admiration for successful people. I actually like a lot of the positivity that Americans seem to possess in abundance. But sometimes it’s too much

He was definitely a lot more coherent in the past. Now, he comes out with stuff like this. Seriously, read it. It's like he's having a stroke:
From watching Old interviews he’s seems to have lost “the self editing mechanism” to me it’s one of the chinks in his armor as you kinda need to have one in place for politics, but put a contract or a deal in front of him and you’ll see a different side of him

It's smart in the same sense that the Dundons of Limerick were smart. Back in the day, I could have made a lot of money illegally. It's easy to get rich if you don't bother with the law. The problem would be that after a few years, I'd probably get caught.

Bernie Madoff was the same. He got to own control 17bn worth of wealth but it didn't work out too well for him.

According to Fortune, whoever they are, he would be worth 13bn today if he just invested in indexed funds.

It looks to me like he worked too hard and took on too much legal exposure to end up with less than a third of what he could have. That's not smart.

Thing is, same story could be claimed about a lot of developers, if they had invested in this and that instead.
Also Trump would never have been satisfied with that, he thrives on adversary.
Fred was a reasonably successful property developer in the New York area, but Donald, whether you like him or not, took them into a completely different league and broke them through into Manhattan, and survived all the cut throat politics that went with it, from the mafia to the media.

As we saw in Ireland, developers were successful but also made a hell of a lot of mistakes. Big mistakes that smart people shouldn’t really have made.

But choosing hard work and legal exposure to earn a third of what he could have earned by doing nothing is a bit silly, though.

He'll give us a laugh. The shinners, assorted lefties and others who think he's a cnut will protest and Trump seems to be petrified of that baloon which, as far as I know, will be flying. He'll probably just head straight to Dunbeg from Shannon, play a few rounds and head home.

That said, the photo of him and miggledy will look pretty funny. I think Trump is 6'4 and a fat fcuker to boot.

Not as funny as your webcam images tonight, you really shouldn't leave the access so easy.

I didn't start out with a million dollar loan or an inheritance so I'm pretty pleased with where I am now as someone who started out from Connemara and doesn't have a college degree.

My PC doesn't have a webcam. Does that nonsense work with the other children that you play with? Fcuking hell, you're seriously betraying your age. I'd advise you to stop looking like a fool but I'm not that sympathetic.

Would you not stand for President or Ireland ? Sure if Trump can achieve POTUS, it should be a cake walk for an expert good looker such as yourself.

Now now, bad language and name calling, tut tut.

Not till you've resorted yet again to some more name calling and cursing, far too much fun.

    Cursing?
I don't think so. The boards filter censors bad words for underage users. It replaces letters with asterisks and may transpose letters. You shouldn't be able to see any bad words.

You attempted to circumvent the swear filter by switching the letters around, which is against the boards rules as well by the way. Naughty naughty !

    Have you been drinking ?

But you’ll get that every where in the world,no matter how big a fortune you accumulate there’ll always be someone there to tell you how you should have used it to make more, but they’ll never ask your advice in how to risk there own money

Looking forward to you being proved wrong again when he sails through the hysteria hype. Run on.

Will be a one day wonder. Mostly ignored by the majority. Anything else is fuel for his ego.

Be interesting to see if he has to go visit the Prez elect.

Timing is not great. The day of the inauguration of our own Prez, and the 100th anniversary of Armistice Day. I bet the fecker chose it.

Report the cursing if you like. It should be censored on your account.
