    Mojesius that is a good run with a loss each week for a couple of months not many avoid a bit of a blip along the way good going .

    Thanks a mill! Was pleasantly surprised as I fell off the wagon a bit this week and was pissed off with myself. Tough week with the two young kids and found myself eating chocolate, biscuits etc with a cuppa here and there. Sugar is my Achilles heel when I'm feeling tired or stressed. Going to really watch it this week as I don't want to fall back into bad habits

    Happy to report a 2lb weight loss this week, after a month stuck at the same level. I've started counting calories in addition to SW and working in just a 15 minute piece of interval training in the back yard. Hopefully, the weight loss will continue even slowly now the scales are moving again.

    Week 1 (22nd Jan): -4 lbs
    Week 2 (29th Jan): - 7 lbs
    Week 3 (5th Feb): - 3 lbs
    Week 4 (12th Feb): - 0
    Week 5 (19th Feb): - 0
    Week 6 (26th Feb): - 0
    Week 7 (5th Mar): - 2 lbs

    Total Loss so far: 16lbs

    Going to go for walk and cycle today to make up!

    No weight loss this week. Not really surprised. Didn't get as many walks in as usual with the weather. Carbed out a lot as I was tired and just felt hungry. Had a few drinks with husband last night. Onwards and upwards (well hopefully downwards) this week.

    I was really good this week, and lost 3.25lb. Delighted with that, if I could lose that every week I'd start seeing results really soon!

    I finally bought a decent weighing scales. Its showing as 16 : 8 1/2 stone.

    Só that's 16.8 stone I weigh is that correct?

    Down 1.5lb this week. That's down 7.5lb altogether since my highest weigh-in just over a month ago. Slow and steady wins the race! :)

    Definitely plateaued this month. Hopefully April brings better results. If I can get down to 11st by end of April, I'll be happy.

    It could be! Good way to check is the belt test. I have a belt I've had for 15 years, always gives a good gauge of where I am with weight loss/gain if the scales are looking a bit odd :)
