Absolutely incredible that all of that missed me today
It moved in south and west of us first
Then your storm moved north of us

Just looking at the radar sequence for the first time today and it is amazing how the Athenry region was and still is surrounded by storms and yet totally escaped. I know you hate storms but RedSteve would have enjoyed this a lot.

I think we are safe in Cork City so just watered the plants. Oh I'd love to see a thunderstorm again.

My wife said she could see all the action to the North and almost feel the rain without any actually falling here, if that makes sense? Very jealous right now, still some building going on in all directions, I live in hope.

Some mammatus overhead now. I guess I'll have to wait until next week and hope for some good storms in France.

    Will it rain in Dublin?

It might overnight. The various radars (all but Met Eireann) are showing that the cloud etc is very slowly heading south east.
