How do you find a one night stand

When I was away for the weekend in 2015 I had a one night stand with a woman I met in a takeaway & didnt get her name, now I need to find her and all I know is she is from Tullamore and was at an event in the Annebrook Hotel any suggestions on how I would narrow down the search?

Anyone know what events were on in the Annebrook Hotel on the 18th of July 2015 or how the hell I would find out ?
