Pity that. A Clare v Limerick final would have been brilliant. Galway cantering to it again isn't much to look forward to (unless you're from Galway of course).

    20 wides for Clare? Madness!

Christ my nerves were nearly gone there.

Cantering? Galway will be lucky to field a team the way they're going. Limerick will be delighted to play Galway as they'll only fight with Clare and play into Clare's game

Justice was done . Ref done his best for Clare .

Galway are a superior team to clare but that's twice clare left it behind, umpteen chances and didn't take any of them.

Another nail in the football coffin.

The width of a post made the difference. Too many wides and a brainless first half cost us, looking forward to what should be a cracking final.

Tony Kelly very poor for Clare today, struggled to make any sort of impact on the game.

Clare gave it everything but made a few mistakes that will haunt them esp that goal chance near the end of normal time. Very good year for them. Galway seem to start off well and then fade away

So the final a lot of us wanted to see Galway vs Limerick in 2 weeks time. Limerick to win it

Galway should have been down to 14 men, certainly got away with that one.

Great stuff Galway. Clare don't deserve to be there they were beaten twice already this year. wouldn't look right winning an All Ireland losing twice. The ref did his best to save Clare. adios.

Rode Galway the entire match then added another 90 seconds to the 5 mins to give them every chance he could.

In fairness Galway were wasting time again, keeper once again taking an age on his puck outs.

Why did the Clare player launch the ball into the full forward line with practically the last puck of the game instead of carrying it forward and looking for a pass to get a point and force extra time? Did he think they needed a goal? Major F-up there.

Clare's decision making is just not good enough. They play like children at times. Galway deserved it over both games but they were holed below the water line and Clare couldn't sink them.

It was just marginally over 60 seconds but 90 does sound a bit better in fairness.

As a Galway man I could not disagree with you more. Clare did themselves really proud these past two matches.

    Lack of composure/experience.

Poor quality for an all Ireland semi final I thought. Limerick have a fantastic chance in the final if they can weather the early storm.

Galway fading incredibly badly in a lot of games this year, and the Limerick bench has meant they typically finish strongly.

Galway also nearly left it after them. play like that in the final and Limerick will win.

They are prone to brain farts at times. Crazy passes in their own half, passes to nobody, players running in to trouble. It was the exact same last week, very frustrating to watch.

Totally agree. The heart and courage shown by that Clare team was amazing. They will win an AI again soon.

Good lad . If ya can’t see the ref done his best to keep Clare in it no point me explaining things to ya.
