TH that my tomboy niece has finally started showing an interest in Disney movies and princesses. Just wondering when it’s acceptable to crack out my adult size Elsa costume and insist on Disney movie days.. don’t want to seem too eager.

That reminds me of the Disney princess scene in the new Wreck It Ralph movie......she should watch Brave as she is the tom boy princess :)

    Great movie.

    Great movie.

Will do Baps. We watched Inside Out the other day. I’m still not the better of it. Totes emosh. My street cred as a stone cold ice queen is forever shot.

I normally buy a few beers in the off license at the weekend. I was at the till one day when I realised I'd forgotton my wallet. D'oh. I said I'd go home, get it and come back. He told me that was too much hassle, I could take the beers and pay for them tomorrow. I know I'm a regular but it was nice to be trusted :)

After 11am on a February morning, and I'm sitting outside having my breakfast.
Not a cloud in the sky and the sun is shining on my face.
    Birds singing around me.

    Life is good.

This weather has me in the best mood. I feel light and happy. Like the oppressive air of the winter has finally lifted and the darkness is in the past. I feel I can breathe, I feel appreciative and grateful. Happy to motor on and enjoy what’s ahead. Good times.

Getting to cut the grass. It looks great.

Can’t believe that cutting grass is my TH. A few years ago smoking grass would put a smile on my face.

    The "good drying" out today!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,073 ✭✭✭Rubberlegs

TH with a trip over on the Passage East car ferry to spin down to Hook Head this morning. A beautiful day for the drive. Always have happy memories when I go there, my Dad was from Wexford and it was one of his favourite places. I had many the trip there growing up :)

My TH is the amount of stuff I've got done in the garden since Christmas. Usually this is the quiet time, but thanks to the mild weather I made new raised beds, and painted them, and power washed the paths and yard and cleaned the gates. It's great to be ahead.

That term defines the perfect weather. Sunny with a nice breeze! If only it could stay like this all year round.

TH I found some normal”ish” threads on after hours. I thought it was just all debates which lead to bans.

*i’ll give myself 5 hours before a lifetime ban for arguing what good drying weather is....

There's a trivial annoyance thread for that, too. :)
