It was a lovely dry morning so I hitched up mini-muck to clean out shed. Lashed rain/hail stones for 20 minutes and the field I wanted to get into became slippy so had to abandon plans for another day. Maddening how it takes so many days to dry and a couple of minutes to wreck!!

    The charts. The charts.
Look at the bleedin charts!!! :D

Or if you can't read a chart or read the weather forum on boards.

Would the rads still be heated in this scenario?

No. Not if the power is out. You need it for the pump to pump the hot water round the rads.

Asked and answered. I think you prevent more heart attacks, we'll let this return to the grave.
