Former Irish football international, Paul McGrath.

One of my heroes, if you haven't already read his autobiography check it out. One page will have you rolling around in stitches, the page after that almost brings a tear to the eye. He's the ultimate underdog. Once he seems to be on the up, the black dog knocks him back down again.

I follow him on Twitter. He's an extraordinarily generous man in terms of giving his time to others, charity, family etc. Life appears to be treating him well at the moment. Golf seems to be his passion these days.

Worked for Trudeau. Not so successfully for Macron.

Nothing has worked, wait until real issues develop and those gushing over him on social media will hopefully keep quiet.

I heard an interview with Jonny Logan on the radio today, he sounds like a genuinely nice guy.

Made some good points regarding the music industry and how it's all gone to pan since the talent shows arrived on the scene.

Also mentioned how he wouldn't go near the Eurovision again (for Ireland) in its current form with the selection process the way it is.
