Yeap. I gave my 2 cents two weeks ago or so. HRM informed me one week waiting for file to
Be signed next week small vetting issues outstanding third week vetting waiting to be signed off. So I'm confused at this stage.

My instructor who was supervising me almost failed me for arching my back in the up position.

REALLY?? Sit ups are a worry of mine too. can do 35-40 in a minute with my feet wedged under something but im not sure if they are of required standard.
I keep hands on my head and once my back touches the floor i come back up.

struggling for form for both sit up and push ups, PCT date looming,

cant seem to keep my back flat for push ups,

any advice?

can only do 15 sit ups a the mo!

28405 would be 465weekly in a normal job outside of AGS, after medical aid and pension would we be looking at 400 a week?

The instructer stands on your feet while you do your sit ups so they'll be no bother to ya!

Go do a few Pilates classes if at all possible, it's great for strengthening up the core and making a straight line of the back. After that it's all practice, if you do 15 one day, aim for 16 the next day and just keep at it.

Adrenaline should nearly get you through....the instructor stood on my two feet. Saying tat they will count u down and are strict enough.

I'm relatively confident that my oom is sufficient to get me into the November intake but my biggest fear at this point in time is that the backlog of files that are awaiting final sign off is so large that my file might not get signed off in time for the offers
I've been assured by HRM that they'll be done in time but they've been wrong before :(:(:(

ive all signed off for months now but not too sure if my oom is good enough especially considering people are still waiting from previous campaigns and then deferrals and all. seems like alot of people from previous campaigns.

Good shout, try not to wind up worrying about whether we're signed off or not. By all means check in now and then individually but I think we would do well not to wind ourselves up. I know it's easy to be philosophical about this sometimes, but try not to get too wound up. Vetting is "how long is a piece of string" but for most in the end it will be fine.
