Ok so how about the following guidelines:

1) Each person's ama lasts a week starting on a Sunday
2) No AMA during games

I'll go first on Sunday if you want then we'll take a break for the game week?

We were thinking each vanillager goes for a week. Start with a new person each Sunday, unless there's a game happening that week, at which point Sunday is a soft launch (usually).

Seriously though, in any AMA I've ever participated in people just say something like "I'd rather not answer that" or in very busy AMAs they just ignore questions they don't want to answer. It's all supposed to be a bit of fun so no-one should feel obliged to answer any questions they're uncomfortable with.
