The more radical muslims i know despite being 2nd or 3rd generation immigrants still call themselves turks or morrocans or tunisians or pakistani or ....

The less radicals call themselves belgian-turks/morrocan/...

The moderate ones seem to describe them selves as belgian or brittish/english.

The USA let foreigners in from the 1800's and I don't see terrorist attacks all over the place over there.
