Sorry about the delay in posting, I've been up the walls with work. I'm happy to play to make up the numbers if you've got like 7 and need an 8th.

I'm on US west coast time so 8 hours difference to home, I think I might be a bottleneck to get my fights in with people. Also, it could be a lagfest sh*tshow.

I opened a case last week with EA about not receiving my 2 premium packs. After sending proof of purchase back and forth, then asking for more details, I left them off, wrecking my head. Just got a mail from the specialist team saying I did actually get my packs, they had a graphical UI issue they apologise for. Good day.

Ah nope, didn't get any packs that week, checked multiple times. I'd go further with it but really couldn't be arsed just to get a couple of bronze fighters and gold perks.

Got the first loss of my career 29-28 on all cards despite comfortably winning on every category in every round

Went out swinging for the finish in the next fight and got starched so set myself back a good bit

New patch live now, no new fighters, just fixes and tweaks to fighting.

Played this over the weekend for the first time in about 2 weeks. With the new patches and updates I feel like I have gone to **** at it, could be just ring rust but I definitely feel I have gone backwards. How are people finding the patches, I have only briefly read over them here and not followed with much effort.

Axwell, sorry man, I know you explained this before but how should we do it? Play everyone in your group once and then the top of each group play each other or what way is best??

Each match will have best of 3 fights, you get to choose a weight division each and if it goes to a 3rd, we will pick a dedicated one line LHW and both be Dana or something like that.

Any objections to using champs? They were overpowered in UFC 2 so we didn't allow them, send more balanced in this one. Thoughts?

I was suggesting a slightly different format..

Play everyone in your group twice so at least we all get a few fights that way. (home fighter picks weight class etc). So first time I fight someone I pick, then the other time they pick. But we would draw up fixtures for want of a word to determine it.
Assign 3 points for a win,1 for a draw (unlikely in this game) and 0 for a loss.
Top 2 of each group then go through and play each others in a semi-finals (just one fight here).
That leaves two for the final.

If there's a tie for top 2 out of the groups they can have a Dana v Dana fight to settle it.

Whatever people prefer, just like to get a few fights against other people rather than a one and done against someone who beats me.

I have no objections to champs anyways, dont think they are OP as last time and both people can easily just pick the same fighter if they wish anyways.

Cool sounds good man. I'll set up a new ps message group later where we can schedule fights and post results, see how we get on.

I will lash them into the yoke we use for the fifa leagues, it will draw up the fixtures for the fights just so its easier to see a list and then people can post results of the fight as they have them and I can assign points to keep track.

Its setup there. Group 1 and Group 2 - you can ignore the dates and times, just need to have that data there just because..also people needed a surname, so our surnames are boards

Anyways if you play out the fights listed there
Home Fighter v Away Fighter - home fighter picks the weight division
Then if you can post the results here I guess and I will update the tables when I get a chance.

Weight Division: (Division)
Winner: (User name or draw if its magically a draw)

One thing I’d suggest is using a different fighter than Dana as the decider. He’s a boxing specialist and not at all balanced, it gives an edge to those who use boxers frequently. A more balanced fighter would be fairer to make it a level playing field IMO. Punk was grand last year because he was crap at everything, but even guys like Rampage, Magny and Gastelum have balanced stats. Just a thought anyway.
