Once again I have to tell you I’m not interested in how strangers value me.
I gather that’s important to you but I could never understand it.
It’s what you do for other people that’s important, not what people think of you, or admire you for what you do, or how much you are appreciated.
Starting to feel under appreciated escalates quickly into a general unhappiness that settles and never really leaves.
I met a lovely woman yesterday volunteering with the St Vincent De Paul who just goes about looking after people with no ego or fuss whatsoever. She’s totally taken for granted and taken advantage of and she knows that but this is what she wants to do and she’s perfectly happy.
Bro Kevin and Sr Stan and Fr McVerry are the same.
If your not a woman I heard on the Joe Duffy show some weeks ago then I’ve got you mixed up with someone else and that’s my mistake.

A noble sentiment which I agree with even as I am puzzled by it's relevance to this discussion. Or what prompted you to make it as all I have done is point out where you have commented about what other people think/feel etc.
Speak only for yourself and you and I won't have an issue.

And I have never been on liveline and never will be.

I honestly think there is a silent pro-life majority in this country, that will stun the liberal elites come referendum day.

I am pro repeal but am quite disappointed with the ridicule and contempt some pro repeal seem to treat pro lifers with. There is a nasty and arrogant undercurrent which I fear will reduced the chance of this being repealed.

Look at the smart comments and glee at over-estimates of the numbers marching today as an example...

The 12 weeks seems to be the big issue with the child bearing years folk, from what I can make out.

Oldtree you’ve posted a video being filmed by a socialist party where they’ve stood with an iPhone fixed at a random spot trying to record the amount of people passing on their way to the rally.
Crowds are filing past, quite slowly and one of the film makers is trying to count in tens and getting out of breath with the effort.
    What do you see?

They recorded the march from the start as it went past. they are going by slowly but very very patchy.

    100,000 no
    60,000 no

maby between 7,000 and 10,000 at most.

In the marriage referendum, no one wanted to murder innocent unborn children.

If you made this remark on Facebook you’d be called a ****ing twat.
Here is very easy going in comparison.
Also here there are supporters of very left wing groups which always means a lot of very distorted reality which doesn’t help.

Indeed. Back then the implied message was that the gheys wanted to be able to adopt children so they could abuse them... some times it wasn't even implied...

You have full bodily autonomy now. Hopefully the weather will pick up soon and you’ll be showing it all to the sun.

Loads of pics and video out there. It’s nothing like the numbers they’re claiming.
You can only fit 17k max in that part of merrion square. They don’t even have that much there’s massive gaps throughout the crowd and one estimate has it 40% are actually children?!

Workers solidarity carefully taking pictures that will placate comrades.
Because it’s not as if communists have ever mislead the proletariat, is it?

Give us a pic of the assembled crowd now at the meeting point Dav. Easy enough must be.
