Quick tip: register your machine here now with any random 11 digit number (e.g 12334567843) and get 2 x £10 vouchers.

Use the first one to bring it down to £43 and use the second one in a future purchase against pods.

I'm tempted but like the OP, unsure about size of box so PM/PW/AP could charge extra.

I would go with PW as they are not as strict with their oversize charges.

If you are close to a PM depot the over size charge is only 7 euro.

That's a great find. Keep the coffee and give the machine as a present! Fair play dude.

Basq cheers for that brilliant little tip just saved me quite a few quid over supermarket prices :)
BTW 4.99 or most packets of pods in Dunnes at the moment

Not a problem lad.. can't take credit. Found on HUKD.

Speaking of which, I asked there if anyone received it and how big the box was? I wouldn't mind ordering it.. though not sure if I need it as already have a Nespresso, Hario V60 and Espresso machine.. but the potential extra charges with PM/PW/AP are the only thing stopping me really.

I don't think you will charge using PW, I ordered an office chair before Xmas I wasn't charge anything, the box was about 60x50x40cm

    From PWs T&Cs

My UK Virtual Address service is €3.85 per parcel, inclusive of VAT.

This price is based on DPD's maximum consignment weight of 20kg and maximum box dimensions are 40cm x 40cm x 60cm.

Just need good compatible pods now..I'm sure there must be some out there!

Anyway I think it would make a nice gift also :)

Tesco have an offer on too.. They are about €5 a box at the moment also

Tesco are selling the machine for €49 at the moment I bought one on Monday if that's any good to anyone.

  • Registered Users Posts: 43,815 ✭✭✭✭Basq

    Someone replied on HUKD saying:
Mine just arrived - box approx 60x40x33cm.

    So we're probably good!

Thanks for the info guys, just ordered one to PM using paypal and no issues, just under 53 euro and I don't mind the if the PM charge 7 euro. Great deal at that price.

If it says it can't find the address, you just hit continue and use the selected address. Just confirm you have it in correct.

When i used my pm address I put the code and the 1st line of address all on the one line and that worked

They must have gotten wise to voucher code... getting the following:
The promotion code you entered cannot be applied to your order.

Yeah and I'm pretty sure when I was ordering it said 3 maximum but now its only 1? Must be a higher demand for them than they expected

Use the register a new machine trick on the Irish site to get vouchers (2 x 10 euro).

It's only a small saving but Quidco are offer 6% back on purchases made with Tassimo UK.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,948 ✭✭✭fdevine

Used the £10 off without issue following Basqs heads up (c.10am). £43 delivered to PW, so under €60 to my door. Coffee alone is worth that.

  • Registered Users Posts: 6,038 ✭✭✭OU812

Only a deal if looking for a machine for a gift or self (and they are a nice gift). Tassimo is on offer in Tesco right now for about the same price, just stocked up on 100% Columbian this morning :)

Just ordered..probably don't need it 🙄 ...might be handy to have as a pressie for someone..no hassle ordering or using above money off codes.
    Thanks OP
    Ordered through PW

Tend to buy around 10 packs for free delivery so 20% suits but yeah never thought to register a(nother) email address.

And when (hopefully) you get a machine you can register the actual serial number for two more €10 vouchers :D

Great deal. Thanks very much OP. Got it for £43 using the code. I also used Paypal and ParcelMotel.
I ordered it a few hours ago but I didnt get any confirmation email yet. I got an email with the codes almost immediately. I saved the order number just in case though.
