    Mad ham and cheese toasties last night. Bakery batch bread. Buttered only on outside. Ham + cheese (preferably home cooked ham) and cooked in a dry hot pan.

    Real ham, loads of Coleman's (accept no imitations), some cheese like Brie gently melted over the ham.

    My fave sandwich is fried eggs, mayo, jalapeno peppers, smoked gouda and a bit of hot sauce on white bread.
