At the moment I am hooked on ham, cheese, coleslaw and jalapeno peppers.
But I am getting a growing urge for corned beef, mustard and lettuce.

Two slices of bread, soaked in egg....one slice on medium-heat pan, pile the grated cheddar high and then complete the sandwich with the other egg-soaked slice.

Flip when necessary to have a beautiful mix of french toast and molten cheese.

    From the Guardian newspaper recently.

'My 87 year old mum has always got her acronyms mixed up. Last week she walked in Greggs and asked the girl behind the counter for an LGBT sandwich'

2 batch heels. Chicken, Ham, Turkey, Lettuce, Mayo, Boiled Egg, Hot Sauce and a partridge in a pear tree.

Molton Bolognase. Bolognase Meat and Sauce, grated Mozzarella, in a toasted sandwich. First few bites will burn like fcuk but all worth it. For extra effect, spread a little garlic butter on the outside first.

Although not long after a sausage, bacon, and omelette, in a toasted roll, which was not bad either.

Tastiest sandwich I know of (and I'd never try to replicate it myself!) is one with proper home-cooked ham, celeriac slaw, and Comte cheese.

Every time I'm in the area of the shop, I treat myself.

    Nom nom nom!

    Where dammit where !!!!

I was wondering would anyone ask!

You can get it on a crusty roll (but mind your fillings - I seriously fear for my crown every time I bite into one!) or on gorgeous sourdough bread.

You all deserve death for making me drool on my phone.

Though as they say, if you can't beat em, join em. So:

    Panini roll bottom
    Mustard (Dijon)
    Pastrami
    Pickles
    Red onion relish
    Emmental cheese
    Panini roll top

Toast it in something like a George Foreman grill so everything melts and squashes together a bit.

    Thank me later.

Add some stuffing. It'll soak up all the grease from the cheese.
