Italy are about to roll over and let Davies tickle their belly. They could have got a LBP at least if it weren't for silly errors.

Italians are out on their feet......and only a six day turnaround to next weekend.

It sounds like he's turned up purely to moan. Sure, the standard isn't great but it's nothing like the game he's made it out to be.

He was quite positive about the attritional battle until they went back to Studio and O'Gara etc said it was a crap game.

Brilliant covering & hand offs by the 11

Parisse is so petulant. A prime example that your best player is not your best choice of captain.

JP is gone way down in my estimation.

The Italians are not an 80 minute team but he called two kicked penalties wrong against them.

I think he had a point there.

    Game over.

Wales should get the bonus point from here

Perhaps. But what about the 4,763 other times he's whined at the referee?

They probably will......but they don't deserve it the way they have played.

True. He exemplifies thats wrong with the Italian culture.

(team culture, not wider Italian culture)

About the line out? Not only was he bang wrong but he needed to shut up.

Credit to Italy, but the Welsh have made heavy going of this

    Great Italina maul there!

He's the captain he's entitled to question it, saying he needs to "shut up" is crude and harsh

Those ones look awful from the front of the line. JP was close on hand and the replays proved him right this time.

Back to play and Italy are finally at the Welsh 5 yard line. Do they give out moral bonus points?

Huge scrum there for Wales snuffs out Italy's chance.

Urban myth; no player can "question" a decision. A captain may ask but there's a certain way about doing it.

Yeah, once. yapping on about it five minutes later is childish.

He did question it, Doyle said no, it's fine. At that point a captain should be smart and zip it.

    Ah Italy getting headless now.

    What "certainway" is that?

He is entitled to question it, but captaincy doesn't entitle him to scream at the ref in two different areas of the pitch when the calls been made and the match has moved on

Doyle has demonstrated several times why a captain would lose confidence in him.

I'm sure he'll bow to you on the matter

Doyle isn't a great ref so I wouldn't blame Sergio for being annoyed with the decisions

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 7,842 ✭✭✭corny

    Why are you kicking that?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,078 ✭✭✭✭vienne86

Great to see the Italians run it............

    Oh lord.....why kick that?????
