The Panthers comeback was great viewing. Matt Moylan stepped up in a big way.

Convincing 2nd half for the Bulldogs against the Dragons.

Good win for South Sydney, even when Titans were 10 points up they never looked comfortable. Hammering in the 2nd half.

The Eels have some serious pace.

Wheels have well and truly fallen off at the Dragons, only going one way in the ladder now it seems.

Origin two in the morning, Blues to blow the Maroons away is my guess.

I expect a Blues win too, but the return of Thurston will be fascinating. If there's one guy that might be able to drag Queensland over the line it's him.

Great game, NSW forgot to come out 2nd half.

Looked like Hayne screwed up a chance for a certain try with a strange pass. If he threw it as normal the Blues looked like they'd have put the game to bed.

It's going to be a cracking finale in a few weeks.

One other thing: I was watching on Eir sport and the coverage was a disaster. The feed cut and I missed two tries for the Blues in the first half and it went out in the second half as well. I've not had those issues with Eir before. I was worried it was going to cut right at Thurston's pivotal kick!

Yeah cut out the for me as well. Premier sports cut though too, so not a lot eir could do about it since thats who they get their coverage off.

I'm in USA for next two weeks, so no rugby league for me.

Been some good comebacks this weekend. The Roosters' one was impressive.

Only just heard the news that Thurston is out for the season with his shoulder injury. Gutted. I wanted him in the Origin decider. It would have really added to the occasion. :(

Was very impressed with Storm's performance against the Broncos. That Vunivalu catch got me out of my chair. He's one of my favourite players.

Eye-catching performance from Cronulla today as well.

Hell of a performance from Johnston. Shame he couldn't get that sixth and break the record.

I thought the Panthers would be one to watch this season given how they finished last season strongly, but they've been very disappointing.

full sure they would play semis...... Don't write off the bunnies yet , that kid we traded Robbie Rochow for is a gun

Hell of a performance from Radradra today for the Eels against Storm. I'm a Vunivalu fan but Semi got the better of him in this game.

Less than 24 hours to go for the big State of Origin decider. I read that Fifita is missing the chance to see his baby's birth for the game and his partner supports him in that! Goes to show how high the stakes are.

Not long now, good piece on Thurston on at the moment. Not a paid up member of his fan club but he is/was a true great. Best of the modern era. I think him being out is a big psychological blow for Qld, and I fancy NSW to pull off a shock.

Blues under all sorts of pressure at the moment, but still only a converted try in it.
